Features · Plans
Agree the approach before anything is built.
For anything bigger than a small fix, ask for a plan first. You get to argue with the plan instead of the finished work, which is a much cheaper argument.
A plan you can read
The agent writes out what it intends to do, step by step. It arrives as a proper screen, not a wall of chat.
Say what you disagree with
Comment on the steps you would do differently and send it back for another pass. Nothing is built until you are happy with the approach.
Watch it get ticked off
Once the work is under way, To Do shows what has been finished and what is still ahead. On a long job it is the quickest way to answer “how far has it got?” without reading the whole conversation.
Good to know
Plan on the train
Reading a plan is a perfect phone-sized job. Do the thinking on the move and let the building happen while you travel.
Plans stay with you
They are saved with your account, so a plan one agent wrote is there for the next.
How agents ask permission, and how Ripul lets you know.
