Features · For teams
Better with other people in the room.
Most of the work around an agent is people talking: what is wrong, what we want, whether that is right. Ripul puts those people in the same conversation as the agent, so nobody has to carry messages back and forth.
Invite someone in
Invite a colleague by email. They join that one conversation and nothing else of yours. Everyone can see who has joined, and you can remove them when it is done.
Everyone can direct the agent
A guest is not a spectator with a comment box. There is one conversation, not a copy each: the same history and the same results, arriving for everyone as they happen.
- No relaying
- What one person asks for, the other watches the agent do.
- Always clear who asked
- Every message carries its author's name.
- Either of you can pick it up
- The conversation is there for both of you later.
Talk among yourselves
With two people in a conversation, an agent that answers every aside is exhausting. Switch to Group and it stays quiet until one of you asks it by name.
When you do, it has read the discussion it sat out, so you do not have to sum up the argument before asking it to act on the conclusion.
The conversation is kept with the work
Each change is saved alongside the conversation that made it, where the whole team can find it. A teammate can read why something was done, then continue that conversation on their own Mac with all of its context, instead of starting afresh and explaining everything again.
When someone hands a piece of work over, its conversations go with it.

Watch a window together
A window from a Mac can be shown to several people at once. One drives, the rest watch.
Good to know
Group needs a group
You can switch to Group only once someone else is in the conversation.
Continuing makes your own copy
Carrying on a teammate's conversation starts a new one from where theirs stood. The original is not touched.
Invitations need the relay
Inviting people works in conversations that connect through Ripul, not in ones paired directly.
Read, comment on and approve a plan before the work starts, then watch it get done.
